Bring environment checks, model installation, runtime delivery, and Chinese guidance into one clear flow.

Check Steam and VTube Studio, then install the Live2D Runtime required by a completed model.

Update, uninstall, or reinstall the delivered model while protecting other models in the same library.

The delivery excludes Cubism source projects and includes only runtime files, expressions, and physics configuration.

Include Chinese VTube Studio and Douyin streaming guidance, with OBS documented only as an optional advanced path.

Turtle_VTuber is the first completed instance. The template is reusable, but every later model still requires its own validation.

The current boundary is a verified internal delivery flow—not a public download service, streaming-access service, or official platform tool.
