Why we use it
To understand your request, decide how to respond, conduct necessary follow-up, and protect the website and form. We do not sell information because you submitted an enquiry.
Retention and access
Information is kept in access-controlled business systems, available only to responsible personnel who need it, and retained for business, dispute-handling, and security needs. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized under the applicable process.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. In follow-up communication, you may also request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify the requester’s identity before acting.
